We have worked collaboratively with several schools and colleges to review and reflect on their efforts to improve the culture that supports learning and teaching. Our services are fine-tuned to enable tailored support with data collection and reporting to inform a review of current practices and the identification of areas for affirmation and improvement. The evidence collected further provides a baseline reference point and informs ongoing monitoring.
Purpose of the Wellbeing and Engagement Survey
The purpose of the survey for students or staff is to seek their perceptions about their wellbeing and engagement at school. The wellbeing and engagement of young people is an important part of their development and how they learn at school. Staff wellbeing and engagement also has an impact on culture and productivity. The information collected will help inform improvements in wellbeing and engagement.
About the Wellbeing and Engagement Survey
The wellbeing and engagement survey collects information from students or staff about social wellbeing, school relationships, school engagement and support. Responses will be kept confidential as no one will use the results to identify individual students or staff members.
Benefits of Wellbeing and Engagement Survey
The survey gives schools an insight into what resources and opportunities need to occur for students to experience success and reach their full potential. Identifying what drives students or staff, makes them feel supported and what they need to develop will inform planning and strategies.
Protecting Personal information
We take measures to ensure student or staff personal information and their identities remain anonymous when participating in the wellbeing and engagement survey.
We are accepting registrations of interest for this service in 2019. We recommend that survey administration occurs at the end of Term 1 or anytime in Term 2.
