Five Simple Steps to Mindfulness

Every Monday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for five weeks, we will explore how we can use mindfulness to enhance the wellbeing of ourselves and others. We’ll look at ways to integrate mindfulness, the health benefits and how to enhance calmness, kindness and change. Expect to hear some science and experience 30 minutes of mindfulness exercises and some precious “you” time!

You have the option to attend indvidual sessions but you might benefit most from the entire series.

Purchase one class for $15.00 per class or all 5 classes for $60.00.

  • 9th March 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Attention and the now
  • 16th March 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Automaticity
  • 23rd March 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Judgement 
  • 30th March 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Acceptance
  • 6th April 5:30pm – 6:30pm: Compassion

All equipment, including mats, provided.
