Djembe Drum and Wellbeing Workshop for kids and teens
Musical wellness workshop for children and teens to build resilience. The facilitators Kathy and Tim will introduce participants to a range of drums and utilise rhythm to support an experience toward mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation. Children and teens will gain a better understanding of mind and body regulation and also connect with the group for collective wellbeing. Kathy and Tim will provide a safe, creative space for each participant to express themselves. Participants will take away an experience that gives them the opportunity to find their flow, be inspired, and feel relaxed. This workshop features the popular Djembe drums made by Toca Percussions.
