Please note that these terms and conditions apply to our wellbeing store only. Please be assured that your privacy when receiving psychological services will be discussed according to your personal circumstances and preferences, and we will obtain your formal consent to collect information, prior to commencing support with our psychologists.

Terms and Conditions

Price of goods
The total price of goods/services being purchased through Scope Clinical and Educational Services includes all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are provided at checkout and are a flat rate of $9.95.

Transaction currency
The total price of goods/services being purchased through Scope Clinical and Educational Services is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Scope Clinical and Educational Services sells and ships in Australia only.

Scope Clinical and Educational Services will ship all online orders within Australia for a flat rate fee of $9.95. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes.

Your order will be packaged within 48 hours once payment is received and you should allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Purchase transactions will appear on your card statement/bill under the name of Scope Clinical and Educational Services Pty Ltd.

Refund Policy
We aim to ensure that our customers are happy with the items purchased from our online store. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are able to return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. A full refund or exchange will be issued using your original payment method.

Refunds will not include original postage costs. The return of goods due to cancellation of order or change of mind will be at the purchaser’s expense.
All returns MUST include the manufacturer’s original packaging. Returned items must be sent back with original wrapping unopened, in a saleable condition. Please note that by saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.
This does not apply to defective or faulty products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

Please contact us to discuss the issue with a defective or faulty product and arrange for its return and repair or replacement.

All card information is captured on a Hosted Payment Page and stored in a PCI-DSS compliant environment.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. 7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

We may modify this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board.
